Pork loin stuffed, jelly-roll style, with artichoke, Parmesan and Ricotta cheeses, spinach & seasonings, then topped with a Apricot Preserve and Balsamic vinegar glaze. The flavor is sensational. Pair it with our Summer Squash Casserole from the freezer and you have a hit!

Cooking Instructions:

Bleu Cheese Burgers

Description:
If you like bleu cheese then you'll love these moist filling burgers. Lean ground beef seasoned with cumin, paprika, chili powder, a pinch of cayenne pepper & bleu cheese in the center!

Cooking Instructions:
Thaw: Grill over med heat for 3 minutes on each side. Brush with your favorite barbeque sauce if desired and grill 10-12 minutes longer or until juices run clear.

Hand trimmed chicken breasts are lightly floured, coated with egg and parmesan and seasoned to taste. You'll take home our red sauce and mozzarella for the final compliment.

Cooking Instructions:
THAW: Heat oil or coat deep skillet with cooking spray. Cook chicken for 5 minutes on each side over med/high heat.(Until golden.) Spray baking dish with cooking spray and add chicken cover w/ sauce, sprinkle mozzarella and bake at 350F for 15-20 minutes or until 165F.

This recipe is from a famous San Fransico restaurant & is truly special. Hand trimmed chicken breasts cut into chunks and marinating upon your arrival. You'll dredge them through Italian breadcrumbs and prepare the mushroom sauce to take home. Finish with a spinkle of mozzarella we send along and a spritz of lemon from home & you'll be CA dreamin'.

Cooking Instructions:
Chicken can be cooked on the stovetop in olive oil. Thaw mushroom sauce and saute on the stove. Once chicken reaches 165F, plate; cover with mushrooms and sprinkle of cheese. Spritz with lemon if desired.

Lean steak is trimmed and sliced into strips and added to a medley of vegetables, including onions, mushrooms, peppers & celery.
