Baked Tuna Croquettes with Lemon Sauce

Description:
Lots of goodies; carrots, celery, onion, eggs, milk, sour cream, mayonnaise, breadcrumbs, Old Bay Seasoning and spices blend together with Tuna to provide a great flavor and satisfying dish that can be served as the main entree' or made in smaller portions for Sunday brunch on the lanai!! Either way, they will be enjoyed.
Cooking Instructions:
Thaw Croquettes & sauce: Bake at 375F for 35 mins. Place cornstarch mixture in micro for 1 1/2 mins, remove & micro for another 1 1/2 mins. Stir parsley into cornstarch & spoon over croquettes.

Description:
If ever there was a dish to welcome the family- (including the cook)- to the table, this is it! A crock pot transforms this dish into a comfort meal that only requires "who did what" today! Oh, and a loaf of french bread, of course! Wine? It's in there!
Cooking Instructions:
Brown beef in flour mixture then add to crock pot with all other ingredients. Cook on low for 3-4 hours or until meat falls apart and no longer pink in center.

Chicken Cassoulet

Description:
Taditional French Cassoulet is given a lean makeover! Made with chicken breast, white beans, fennel, sun-dried tomatoes and seasonings in a base tinged with orange. This dish is a chore to prepare at home, but a breeze in our kitchen! The reward is in the tasting!
Cooking Instructions:
THAW: Empty contents of zip bag into a large pot & set on med/low heat on the stove top. Spray a skillet and cook chicken until no longer pink in the middle. Once finished (165F internal temp) add to large pot & simmer to blend flavors.

One of our most requested chicken dishes! As you assemble this dish, you'll wonder how something so delicious could be this much fun to prepare!
Cooked chicken breasts in bite sized pieces are mixed with cream of mushroom soup, broccoli, sour cream, lemon juice, and other spices. Pour into your pan, sprinkle with parmesan cheese and top with our homemade croutons for a casserole dish that just requires...wine!
Cooking Instructions:
Freezer to oven: Bake at 350F for approx. 45 mins. Thaw: Bake at 350F for approx 30 minutes or until casserole is warm thru and croutons are slightly brown.

French Onion Encrusted Stuffed Chicken

If you love French Onion Soup and if you love Chicken Cordon Bleu, this is definitely your dish! We've used swiss cheese for that super yummy flavor in the Cordon Bleu, along with an onion and breadcrumb crust that includes a dash of Parmesan Cheese. The result is what you see here, which was the only piece that made it to a plate. Our testers went over the top on this one and you will too. What a fantastic flavor!!

Our own MDF Seasoning, chives, paprika & breadcrumbs coat our hand trimmed chicken breasts with a little surprise of mozzarella down the center before it all gets rolled up.
Pair this up with a nice salad and a you have a hit!!

Thaw: Bake at 350F for 30-35 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in the ceneter and reaches 165F internally.

Lean ground beef is the base for this wonderful blend. Add garlic, mushrooms, peppers, tomatoes, vermicelli, zucchini and seasonings for that "Mama Mia" finishing touch!
Cooking Instructions:
Thaw: Brown ground beef in a large deep skillet. Add contents of zip bag & the sauce. Cover; reduce to simmer for 45-50 minutes, stirring frequently & until veggies are soft & pasta is cooked.

This wonderful pork recipe was given to me by a family friend while visiting them in Hawaii. Boneless pork tenderloin marinated in soy sauce, brown sugar, honey & other great spices. This can be served as a main entree or great as an appetizer with Chinese hot mustard on the side. Your family will be begging you for more!!!
Cooking Instructions:
Thaw: Bake at 350F for 45 minutes. If serving as an appetizer, remove from oven and let cool. Slice diagonally.

Lasagna noodles separate layers of black beans, corn, tomatoes, scallions and cheese. Our salsa and our sauce make this a dish your guests will TRY to duplicate and your family will love!
